Welcome to Journey to Psychological Wellness, LLC. Please read and complete the forms on your portal in entirety prior to the initial appointment to better assist your provider with understanding your needs.  When you arrive for your appointment, park on the side of the building. The office is immediately in front of you once you enter the building on the lower level. Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting room. and complete the paperwork on the clipboadd. You do not need to check in with anyone. Please feel free to contact the office if you have any questions prior to your visit. We look forward to working with you!

Welcome to Journey to Psychological Wellness, LLC. Contact crisis intervention in your county, 911 or go to the nearest emergency room in a crisis/emergency situation. If it is not an emergency situation, please wait to discuss concerns at next scheduled appointment or contact office to schedule an appointment if you feel you need to discuss concerns sooner than next scheduled appointment. You can also provide information to your provider on the portal by signing in and then clicking on "Messages" tab. Please assure you type in the first few letters of the providers last name under "Staff" and click on provider's full name when it drops down. You can then type your message and click send.
